Unum ta panta *

hi, nice to have you here. i'm ola and i want to change our world, with you and through all of us! you can find information about my 3 projects and about me on this page.

* doesn't just sound nice. it means: the one. everything.
and is a linguistically beautiful mix. like many things that are good about life.
it's also a fantastic place. obviously a digital one right now, but hopefully a real one in the future.

Working group on holistic development

unum ta panta

saving the world begins within you

about me

working group on holistic development

the idea

people from different disciplines and socio-cultural backgrounds in our society come together to share and engage in creating new social perspectives and hope for a more conscious reality

basic assumptions

for this context, i have summarized 8 basic assumptions that i would like to discuss. i consider them to be the basis for recognizing and minimizing unnecessary suffering and thus initiating a more conscious development.

the goal

develop theories and alternative courses of action that enable our society and people as individuals to move into a space of development in order to avoid unnecessary suffering and create more balance.

Invitation

dear fellow human beings,

this is an initiative and an invitation to form a working group: holistic development.

why? because at the latest since we as human beings have not only been busy surviving, but also formulating questions, stories and myths about existence, meaning and origin, it has become clear that a major developmental step is imminent for human beings:

to develop and accept an awareness, for our own role and responsibility, which we could gain through our existence, in order to keep life in balance as far as possible on this planet and to experience it freely.
but now it turns out that we are not walking figures of light who intuitively make good decisions for ourselves and our environment through strength, courage and wisdom. rather, we seem to be very susceptible to egocentric power structures and find it difficult to perceive, let alone balance, our greed and ignorant stupidity. with these mostly unconscious characteristics, we destroy the basis of much life on this planet in the long term, and that is at least a pity, if not completely unnecessary.

in order to find a more conscious orientation and to turn the seemingly polar realities into a resonant dance, i am initiating this working group.

it feels like the world is coming to an end - whether it always has or always will or still does not play a decisive role for us here in space and time - and apart from the usefulness of the cause, i personally believe that working together could also be great fun and oracle it somehow tautologically as extremely meaningful and potentially development-promoting. moreover, i believe that positive development can only arise from a community and is only conditionally dependent on isolated individuals.

the aim of the working group is to bring people, in their respective structures, into a development space that has lasting positive effects on life on earth. no matter how I turn it around or change the global political perspective: that is and remains a good, maybe somewhat ambitious goal. but:

changing the world starts within us and we can only do it together.

some of my skills lie in the psychotherapeutic field, but i believe that a broader exchange between different disciplines would be very valuable for this project, if not the basis for it.

to summarize again:
the idea of the working group is to bring people together and talk in an interdisciplinary way about the development space that we dream of for living together in our society. in the best case, it should not only be about thinking together in utopian terms, but also about creating realistic perspectives of what a society should look like that can develop while taking fundamental (spiritual) elements into account. from this, recommendations for action and decision-making aids can then be drawn up that can be implemented both on a small scale by individuals and communities and can also lead to holistic development for society as a whole.

everything is already there. let's use this abundance and create something new through our community. it sounds paradoxical for a moment, but it's not... or is it?
in this sense, see you soon

basic assumptions

the basic assumptions that characterize my attitude are as follows:

1) acceptance that humans are a part of nature and cannot be considered separately from it.

2) saving/changing the world begins within you. social systems are shaped by individuals and individuals are shaped by social systems. the social system can only be influenced by the individual to a limited extent, but if many small people, in many small places, take many small steps - for example within themselves - the role that people currently play on this planet can change and thus, in the long term, the fundamental system in which actual decisions are made. you matter in the context of we

3) human experience is shaped by the interplay of psyche (mind and emotions including unconscious parts), body (instinct including unconscious parts) and interaction with the outside world (including the collective (un)conscious) we as humans strive to connect these elements in order to be able to experience ourselves intuitively. unconscious pain 🙈 🙉 🙊 stands in the way of this process and ensures the reproduction of painful patterns.

intuition arises when these components are actually brought into connection with each other (the spontaneous connection between psyche and body or perhaps also the interface to a spiritual level)

> our body is the most important instrument of our experience. our most material home.
> a holistic view of the human being focuses on a mindful and appreciative approach to body, psyche and intuition and pays attention to a more balanced interaction between these 4 equal centers of consciousness (mind, emotion, instinct and intuition)

4) life can be understood as a dance between different polarities in the midst of which we seek orientation. fundamentally, it can be observed that people have been trying to find solutions to the suffering that arises from life since the beginning of time and seek people, places and professions in which they can experience connection. if there is no access to connection, new suffering arises. although this dynamic can be influenced, it can never be experienced only one-sidedly, as suffering and joy arise through the experience of life and cannot exist independently of each other.

> suffering should therefore ideally not be repressed in the long term, but experienced and categorized. this is therefore not a springboard for fantasies of bliss within the experience of life that we have. with the help of our perception, awareness can arise for the polarities - certainly countless - within which we experience ourselves, so that the phases of suffering are shortened and less unconscious new suffering arises through repression.

finding balance in polar perceptions is crucial. balance arises between and in movement in all directions, not at a standstill. if life is understood as a dance in which we can always find a balance. if we stopped there, it would no longer be a holistic experience, but knowing this place changes everything. you already know it too, it is the point where qualities of the center are experienced, for example sharing, devotion, benevolence, wisdom, real self-love and well-being.

one of the most fundamental polarities is that between inside and outside. by this i mean above all the connection we as individuals can feel with ourselves and the kind of connection we experience with the outside. finding a balance between these two poles is a life task for many people.

5) making conscious decisions means becoming aware of your holistic experience and allowing this recognition to flow into the decision-making process. in every moment of my life, i am a living being made up of mind, emotion, intuition and instinct (at least :.) if i can assign my motivation to these areas, i can see more clearly where i am orienting myself and whether this corresponds to my true needs or whether imbalances arise. here i put forward a hypothesis: people want to feel connected and here again a balance is sought between connection with oneself and connection with the outside. this is a really impossible task in the world we live in, but if we are in the process of changing the world, maybe it will be possible in the future....

6) deconstruction of violent power structures. i have a feeling about this and it has occurred to me, but to be honest i don't have a good model ready yet and i am dependent on the support and assessment of the working group. i have neither studied sociology nor philosophy, let alone politics or history, but i could imagine that some thoughts on the subject have already been discussed from these disciplines.
with regard to intrapsychic processes - my area of specialization - i have learned that we usually attribute a certain power to the mind or emotions, especially in decision-making processes and bodily experiences, which often results in the reproduction of unnecessary suffering. a more balanced experience, however, creates the basis for sustainable good, intuitive decisions and experiences. a relative absence of the discriminating intellect seems to have a healing effect on the human organism. i would like to see this kind of balance not only at the individual level, but also in relation to larger systems.

what could alternative structures of responsibility be? how can solidary social decisions be made? how can we develop our current system so that unnecessary suffering is not continually reproduced?

7) use language to create clarity. language is first and foremost the means of our mind to make ourselves understood, but do we manage to use it in the same way? where is the difference between sensation, feeling and sensing or between instinct and intuition? what is the ego/ego/self? is sensation and experience the same thing? why is differentiation really important and what can it change? ultimately, language is also about finding a way of consciously dealing with it and giving words clear meanings so that we can make ourselves understood in order to consciously establish connection or separation. in any case, we can make an effort...

our language enables us to create connections and at the same time is also a frequent source of serious misunderstandings. it is a difficult task to create inner and outer clarity in order to make ourselves understood. often the words found impulsively are obvious at first glance, but not necessarily accurate.
language is a very important topic and part of the task of this working group could be to take a closer look at it. i am obviously not an expert...

8) flexibility, spontaneity and a willingness to make mistakes are also necessary when dealing with the basic assumptions. there is no one way, but at the same time bringing together different elements helps to create a general basic understanding.

so this is just a serving suggestion.

so far.

a possible destination

ha! i have to laugh a bit myself. i can think of many possible destinations. so there are some things here...

  • enlightened individuals.
  • a more conscious society that is prepared to find a balance between the needs of individuals and the needs of society. to achieve this, it is certainly necessary to rethink some of the privileges or redistribute resources.
  • to create connention.
  • to be able to make decisions more consciously, for a future in which human life on this planet is also possible.

and of course to slowly but surely save the world with our small steps and to change it for sure, hopefully towards more solidarity and equality!

unum ta panta

the vision of unum ta panta is: a place where people can research, work and live for a while. an encanto, so to speak.

What should it look like?

research and self-exploration

since i come from a very scientifically rational reality, it is my wish that unum ta panta is a place where research can be carried out on and around the topic of consciousness. at a scientific level, which i know from the university context. theses and ideas should actually have a measurable effect. i am not an expert in the field of scientific research but have always turned more to practice in life, but here i would like to create a place that gives a scientific approach to the topic of consciousness a place. basic to create something like atlas of the heart by brené brown, just for consciousness... which of course includes emotional experience.

i also believe that an offer of self-experience that could focus on expanding consciousness would harmonize wonderfully with this. of course i am thinking of the approach i have developed, but i am also thinking of, for example, the concept of the gestalt therapy self-experience week heroine's journey according to paul rebillot, where i experienced spiritual enlightenment and many other participants report similar experiences.

working

the work that can be done in unum ta panta is of a more everyday physical nature and serves daily life. those who want to take part in unum ta panta will also work with the respective resources in order to appreciate, maintain, preserve and develop the place. basic activities will therefore be: household tasks such as cooking, washing, cleaning, but also gardening, building and developing and everything that goes with it. in fact, i believe that in addition to our life's work, these "smaller" jobs are a good self-exploration and learning zone for development.

basically, i believe that there is at least one calling for every human being. an activity that corresponds to the respective resources and in which the individual experiences fulfillment.

whether this is the actual paid work with which i as a person earn my living varies greatly due to the different wage incomes in our society.

living in community for a while

the interaction with others and the desire for belonging is very different in us. but to put it bluntly, people are pack animals and living in a community offers individuals a great space for development, but often also poses great challenges to our ego. however, community should not be a compulsion. it can, however, offer healing experiences and give the individual an opportunity for ego-relativization. we are all very small parts of a large whole. this realisation and important self-knowledge is possible as a living experience in community, which is based on holistic principles of solidarity.

with unum ta panta i hope to create a place where this kind of healing community can be possible.

why?

simply put, i hope that the experiences that individuals make in unum ta panta will have a snowball effect. unum ta panta sounds like a utopia and it still is. however, i can imagine that this utopia will become reality in the future.
me and you, we will not experience this in our lifetime, but i wish it for life here on our planet after our time and i am ready to lay the foundation for it, but i can't do it alone. it can only be done together.

saving the world begins within you

and we can only do it together...
is the text i am writing, which should offer any interested person a possible basis for in-depth self-exploration. it also contains the theoretical foundations of a new holistic therapeutic approach that combines many previous methods, which i would very much like to explore scientifically.

what is this actually about?

the idea

i started writing with the motivation of wanting to share the consciousness expanding experience i have had. to do this, i first had to understand what has happend to me and through this process of understanding, a text has emerged that contains a theory of a view of humanity that is a great bringing together of many perspectives that are all already there! this is also one of my basic assumptions: everything is already there. all resources, all knowledge, all abilities that people need to develop are fundamentally inherent in us, in different forms.

i would like to motivate people to develop and change something significant in themselves and their environment. i would also like to save the world and not to produce inflated egos, but to place the embedding of the individual in a community in the foreground. i hope this text will make that a little more realistic. we are all special snowflakes - that connects more than it divides... i think.

the text

consists mainly of a theoretical and a practical part :.)

the theoretical part contains explanations of fundamental ideas similar to the basic assumptions that i have formulated for the working group on holistic development and the communication of a resulting view of the human being.
this is based on the assumption that the human experience consists of psychological, physical, unconscious and spiritual parts, the awareness of which leads to a more holistic experience and opens up a space of possibility for us as individuals in which truly healing development is possible.

the practical part uses various individual and group exercises to create a self-exploration framework that can provide an impetus for personal development.

about me - hi i'm ola

i live with my family in berlin and work there as a psychotherapist.
ever since i can remember, i have been fascinated by life on this planet and interested in the connections between our interactions. my core values are connection, authenticity, awareness and play... which also make my strengths and weaknesses visible.

it's nice that you're showing interest in all of this. i'm also curious to see what will come out of it.

all the ideas and projects here came about after a consciousness-expanding experience during a self-awareness seminar at the end of 2022 - due to many questions, i have to mention here that no drugs were involved. my perspective on life has changed since then. through a meditation process in which i got to the bottom of the question "who am i?", i experienced spiritual awakening. but at that time i didn't even know that such a thing existed. after a rather adventurous exploration of the topic of spirituality and a clarification and differentiation of the terms religion and esotericism, which were very similar to me at the time, i can now say for myself: i experience myself as a mega spiritual person, which at the same time has little to do with religion or esotericism.
i also had a second experience in this direction during another self-development seminar and learned about letting go through a very intensive examination of the topic.
since then, i now look at the world with a relatively clear rational spiritual view and am filled with the desire to share this gift and to discover and deepen it for myself. i am learning more and more.

or me, this means above all making connections, because everything is already there! through my profession of psychodynamic psychotherapy, i have a wealth of knowledge and approaches to explaining what the ingredients of our human development could be, and through this rationally spiritual perspective, which is new to me, i have developed a holistic view of people and the world, which i hope will reach you and others, inspire you and perhaps make you want to expand your consciousness too.
i believe this is necessary on a societal level, but also - and above all - on an individual level in order to make our world a place to live that can also be a home for human life in the future. to achieve this, we need to redistribute resources. i don't just mean on a material level. we also urgently need the perspective of a holistic development and an honest confrontation and willingness to change when it comes to the personal handling of privileges of all kinds and resources. at the same time, we should deal with our mistakes with benevolence and not engage in finger-pointing. many people often lack the information to make conscious decisions or energetic resources. i know that from myself too. that's human.

my main concern is to sow hope and let it grow. our planet and all life here is on the one hand wonderfully diverse and at the same time frighteningly simple, or vice versa.. our planet and all life here is beautiful in its essence. we humans are playing with the balance from which we have emerged and are increasingly responsible for creating more suffering around us. i would like to change that because i believe it is possible.
there has never been a greater need than now to change the direction we are taking globally as a human race in order to create a future in which there is more balance and therefore more contentment.

so take a big gulp of water with me or whatever and let's take it all apart and then put it back together again ...
